Ordered 2 twelve inch pizzas with a buy 1 get 1 free deal, but they arrived lukewarm and overcooked, with toppings not reaching the edge. Disappointed with the quality for the price.

Trench, Telford - Worst Papa John's!! Waited almost 2 hours for a delivery and received poor excuses for the delay. Lack of management presence and communication. Suggesting trying another pizza delivery company.

Ordered food 65 minutes ago, and after calling for an update, was told it was just coming out of the oven and would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Food finally arrived after 85 minutes, not hot.

Placed an order at 10:53 PM, which was initially accepted. However, I received an email shortly after indicating a problem with the order and advising me to call. When I called, I was informed that the order had been cancelled due to the store closing at 11 PM. Surprisingly, I found that I had been charged for a cancelled order. Upon contacting the shop, I was told that I would receive a refund in 4-5 days, but the lack of order details verification was concerning. The cancellation process should be improved, especially regarding late orders and customer communication.

While the quality is good, some of the drivers are on personal calls or uncommunicative on arrival. Additionally, receiving a leaflet for February valentines and a Batman movie advertisement in May seems odd.

The delivery driver didn't acknowledge me, as he was preoccupied with a phone call. The food was awful - soggy, cold, and greasy. Won't be ordering again.

I must say, the pizza quality at Papa John's is consistently good. If you haven't tried it yet, you should, especially when there are offers on collection like £3.99, £6.99, etc.

The pizza arrived after 70 minutes, lukewarm. Unable to return it because of hunger, but they did offer to replace it. The replacement arrived hot in 20 minutes and was great. Would have been 5 stars if the first pizza was delivered hot initially.
